Tara's work transcends traditional landscape photography by relying on deliberately formal composition and bold visuals. By isolating particular details, she heightens their importance through a reduction of other distracting elements.

Tara holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Washington, in Photography. She is a member of the Columbia City Gallery and lives in West Seattle.
