Community Events: Ballard Art Walk | Faces for Life

Colleen Lambert

Through my art, I try to create memorable images that 'work'. I enjoy the discipline and tradition of a realistic painting style.

I have a deep appreciation for the fine realist art of the past and endeavor to achieve results comparable to the old masters while at the same time remaining true to nature in the presentation of subject matter relative to contemporary life. Having been in the art field for over twenty-five years as a fine artist, muralist and art instructor, I happily say that my goal is to recreate the beauty that I observe and share that vision with others. My art is my passion. If my art makes others happy then I've accomplished that goal.
